Quotes
Quotes are based on the quantities, garments and specification supplied at the time of enquiry, and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Artwork approval
Production begins only after written artwork approval. Details confirmed at approval — including names, numbers, sponsors and sizing — are the specification we produce to.
Minimum quantities
Fully custom sublimated programs are subject to a minimum of ten units per garment. Premium range items may be available in smaller quantities.
Production timeframes
Custom programs are typically produced in approximately 2–6 weeks from approved artwork. Timeframes vary with program size and time of year.
Changes and cancellations
Custom garments are made to order. Changes or cancellations after artwork approval may not be possible, or may incur costs already committed.
Returns
Faulty or incorrectly supplied garments will be replaced or remade. Custom items are not returnable for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes and charges are confirmed with your club before dispatch. Fabric samples are free with delivery charged.
