1. Divley provides custom design services for sportswear, teamwear, merchandise, and promotional apparel.
2. Design concepts, mock-ups, and artwork remain the property of Divley unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Orders will only proceed once artwork, specifications, quantities, and pricing have been approved by the customer.
4. Production will not commence until payment requirements have been satisfied and all approvals have been received.

1. Quotations remain valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated.
2. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.
3. Divley reserves the right to request full payment before production, regardless of order value.
4. Any changes requested after order approval may incur additional charges and affect production timelines.
5. Once artwork and order details have been approved by the customer, responsibility for any errors rests with the customer.

1. Production timeframes provided by Divley are estimates only.
2. Production commences once artwork approval, size breakdowns, and required payments have been received.
3. Delays resulting from late approvals, incorrect information, supplier delays, freight disruptions, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control shall not be the responsibility of Divley.
4. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or freight carrier.
6. Divley is not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight providers.

All custom-made garments and merchandise are produced according to customer-approved artwork and specifications.

1. Minor variations in colour, sizing, print positioning, embroidery placement, fabric texture, or manufacturing tolerances are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects.
2. Product images, digital mock-ups, and catalogue illustrations are indicative only and may differ slightly from the final manufactured product.

1. Due to the custom nature of our products, Divley does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or customer-approved artwork errors.
2. Any claim relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery.
3. Divley reserves the right to inspect and assess any claimed defect before determining an appropriate remedy.
4. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Divley may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or remake the affected products.
5. Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
2. Orders may be cancelled without charge only if production has not commenced.
3. Once artwork has been approved or production has commenced, cancellation fees may apply.
4. Any costs incurred by Divley prior to cancellation, including design work, materials, setup, and production costs, will be payable by the customer.

1. All artwork, designs, concepts, mock-ups, templates, and creative materials developed by Divley remain the intellectual property of Divley unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Customers warrant that any logos, trademarks, images, or materials supplied to Divley do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. Customers indemnify Divley against any claims arising from the use of customer-supplied artwork, trademarks, logos, or content.
4. Divley reserves the right to display completed products and designs in its marketing materials, portfolio, social media, and website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Misuse of products supplied by Divley; or
  • Violation of any applicable law.
